All the steak used on our menu is THREE DALES MEAT
Three Dales high quality beef, lamb and pork
is sourced from local family farms in the
Wharfedale, Airedale and Nidderdale area.
Three Dales Meat is supplied to us by our local butcher
K.E. Balsdon of Summerbridge.

Steaks are cooked to your liking and served with
either a grill, glaze or sauce.
